An apartment building for single residents in Tokyo.

Within the limited building footprint, the living environment of each unit is enriched by efficiently consolidating the wet-area units and combining loft spaces above with maisonette layouts. These sectional configurations create a diversity of living spaces.

The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows are separated from the exterior by only a single perforated block, producing a spatial experience in which the interior and exterior appear continuous and largely unified.

都内の単身者向けのアパートメント。

各住戸の環境をできるだけ豊かにするため、水回りユニットを効率的にまとめ、上部のロフトやメゾネットを組み合わせ、断面的な構成によって生活の場が多様になるよう計画している。

足元まで開いた掃き出し窓はFRPグレーチング1枚で簡易に隔てられ、室内と外部が連続することで、空間が大きく一体化したような体験が生まれている。
