Renovation of a flat in Tokyo.

Changed partitioning in order to make a floor plan which is recognized visually as circulating flow plan.
Before the renovation, all rooms had been completed interior finishing, which was partly removed with considerations for its heat insulation and the wiring route in this renovation. After all, the original concrete framework and the trace of building substrate material appeared in the space. The previously hidden characteristics are effective on the circulating flow planing space.

都内にあるマンション一室の改修。

視覚的な回遊性をもつプランとなるよう間仕切りを変更している。改修前の室内はすべて仕上げ材が施された空間であったが、断熱材や配線経路に配慮しながら部分的に仕上げ材を撤去し、コンクリート躯体と仕上げ材施工の痕跡をそのまま現した空間としている。部分的に表れた躯体の表情が回遊性をより楽しいものにしている。
